Canopy & Habitat Expansion

Native trees, shrubs, and dense foliage

Trees and shrubs shade the soil and hard surfaces, which lowers and stabilizes local temperatures, but they are also vital components to heathy soil formation. Soil micro and macro organisms have a relationship with roots. They give each other what they need. Trees, shrubs, and pollinator gardens are crucial for habitat, and we can’t have the wild without them. We plant native species so they can thrive in our climate. This reduces the need for watering, and allows the plants and trees to thrive.
